Requirements :

  • National Diploma (NQF Level 6)/Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management/Industrial Psychology as recognized by SAQA. PERSAL Certificate (Introduction to PERSAL/ Personnel Administration). 3 -5 years’ experience in Human Resource Administration/Human Resource Planning (2 years must be at supervisory level). A valid driver’s license. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge and understanding of recruitment and selection prescripts and legislations, Human Resource Management methodology, Principles and strategies, HRM systems, DPSA directives, Batho Pele principles, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, PFMA, National Treasury Regulations, Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), Promotion of Administrative Justice Act (PAJA), Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS), HR Plan, policies and procedures, Public Service Regulations, Knowledge and understanding of policy analysis, development and interpretation.

Duties :

  • Implement human resource planning strategies and processes. Coordinate and facilitate achievement of Employment Equity Targets. Coordinate HR Information and compile reports. Facilitate the development and implementation of MTEF HR Plan. Facilitate the development and implementation of the EE Plan. Supervise the maintenance of the HR information system. Manage and monitor the HR information system and recruitment strategy. Manage Resources (Human, Equipment, Assets).
