Requirements :

• Grade 12 (Matric). No Experience Required. Driver’s License. Skills and Competencies: Change management, Planning and organizing, People oriented, Customer management, Results/quality management, Decision making and Communication. (Driving license as an added advantage)

Duties :

• Provide Admin Support: Capturing of trip requests. Monitor pending list. Allocate requisitions accordingly. Confirmation of services to be rendered to clients. Coordinate license disks: Verify validity of license disks. Issue license disks to departments and verify fitment on all vehicles. Record receipt and distribution of license disk. Dispatch Pool/VIP vehicles to departments: Verify mileage, fuel and condition. Conduct vehicle pre-inspections to verify vehicle roadworthiness. Manage vehicle process: checklists, logbooks, fuel cards to prevent disputes. Keep record of received/distributed license discs. Deliver professional chauffer services per VIP and POOL protocol and passenger safety standards: Capture and update all trip data, mileage and mileage on FIS. Keep record of daily chauffer activities. Capturing contracts on FIS: Verify documentation (request letter, Z186) from clients. Capture and/or approve contracts on FIS within pre-determined TATs. File all relevant documents.
