Minimum Requirement: NQF level 6 qualification in public Administration/Communication. Valid Driver’s License. No criminal record. Proficient knowledge of communication practices and good knowledge of the public service management framework. Relevant experience: 2-3 years’ experience as an administrative officer, experience in the communication environment will be added as an advantage.
Duties :

Maintain Client Relationship: Maintain client accounts and liaise daily with clients on their matters. Maintain and improve good relations and communication between g-FleeT and clients. Advise clients on new product services and changes within g-FleeT. Schedule and arrange all meetings with clients. Provide compliance workshops on g-FleeT processes, systems and transport policy (guidelines and processes on how to manage their fleet). Administration ad hoc projects as and when they arise, e.g. CEO roadshows, vehicle tracker projects, yearly asset verification, emission pilot projects. Maintain Customer Services: General daily customer reports and prepare contact information. Call user department to update their information. Perform data via email, WhatsApp and telephonically. Coordinate with branch staff to manage and follow up on customer inquiries. Address and resolve any customer complaints and requests. Distribute promotions and specials through customers’ preferred communication channels. Maintain Client Satisfaction: Receive reports from business units and validate with clients within the required turnover time. Identify issues or problems that clients may have and resolve the issues within acceptable turnover time. Capture queries from client departments. Escalate queries to relevant business units/service providers to provide adequate responses/resolutions. Confirm each query is closed (monitor, evaluate, and control processes). Provide accurate and timely feedback on client queries to ensure client satisfaction.
