Duties :

Send bookings of all accident vehicles: Fill /complete the rt46 form and send it to WesBank via email. Generate a file of all received accident vehicles: Open a file of panel beating accident vehicles attached with job cards, approved clearances, inspection reports and signed tax invoices. File all the hard copies of panel beating in a cabinet. Provide or assist clients with the requested information of the panel beating file. Attend all quires sent to Panel beating by clients. Record and capture all the Received accident clearances from rt46 Wes bank: Capture all the approved clearances received from rt 46 Westbank into a spreadsheet. Record all approved clearances into an incoming document book. Provide the weekly report of the accident vehicles received: submit the weekly and monthly report of all accident vehicles received. Print and submit clearance for signature: Check if all the outstanding clearance has been sent by the bank. Submit the clearance to Managers for signature.
