Requirements :

Recognized National Diploma in Human Resource Management /Development (NQF level 6). No experience required. Knowledge of MS office. Good communication skills and interpersonal relations. Knowledge of HR prescripts and computer literate. Experience in Human Resource Management/Development in the Public Health environment and an Introduction to PERSAL certificate will be an added advantage.
Duties :
-
Perform administration work related to Human Resource Management. Administer recruitment and selection, administer service benefits, Administer Performance Management Development System. Facilitate the Development of Work Skills Plan. Ensure the implementation of training and development programmes. Perform any other duties may be delegated by the supervisor from time to time.
