A matric/Grade 12 certificate. COMPETENCIES & SKILLS: Job knowledge, time management, problem solving, organising and planning, computer literate and flexibility. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Good communication skills, Interpersonal skills, reliable, responsible and positive attitude.
Duties :
-
Provide registry counter services. Handle telephonic and other enquiries received. Receive and register hand delivered mail/files. Sort, register and dispatch mail. Distribute notices on registry issues. Render an effective filling and record management services. Complete index cards for all files. Operate office machine in relation to the registry function. Frank post, record money and update register daily. Open and maintain remittance register. Record all valuables articles as prescribed in the remittance register. Send wrong remittance back to sender via registered post and record reference number in register. Keep daily record of amount of letters franked. Process documents via archiving and/ disposal. Compile list of documents to be archived. Keep records for archived documents.
